Regardless, Connla is extremely adept at magic (though he is restricted to casting it through Norse spell runes). Connla's most important and powerful ability, however, is that of "mimckry"; it has been called many things, but Connla has taken on a cutesy (if inaccurate) name for and started calling it the Copycat Phantasm.
Essentially, if Connla can touch something or learn it through active handling, he will memorize it within the first few sessions if it's something that he can keep, such as weapon skills or Rune spells. Because of this, he's able to fight fairly competently with whatever is at hand.
That being said, his preferred weapons are either a shorter and lighter spear, made for his height and bearing, or a longsword tailored to the same that he can use for parrying and blocking.

For example, if Connla observed Gilgamesh using the Gate of Babylon, he could then use his own mana to replicate the Gate and the weapons flung out of it. However, it would only be a mirror -- essentially, a pale reflection. The "Gate" he uses is not the real gate and does not function like it; furthermore, the weapons he throws are only those weapons in appearance and lack their true abilities. He is, in essence, a child playing make-believe and imagining his version of their skill, but is limited by what he knows and sees. It will never have the strength or substance of the real Noble Phantasm.
He also has another main skill (though it would be known as a Noble Phantasm were he a spirit) called Chronomatical Shift. Using this, Connla can "set" himself to an adult age, mentally and physically. The result of this is an immense strength boost across the board and access to the druidic magic and skills he would've learned, allowing him to fight more effectively. However, the Shift is only temporary, lasting anywhere from between 3 hours to 30 minutes, depending on just how much energy Connla has to expend.

His time in the faelands and with the fair folk has given Connla a closer connection to magic than he would have had before, and while this does strengthen his druidic form, more importantly, it allows him to sense magical things much more skillfully. While this does include an expanded range and the ability to pick out individual magical objects in a sea of them, its major use among his world and time is against Servants. Namely, the fact that Connla can sense Assassins. If an Assassin has a Presence Concealment of A+, then he can find them if he concentrates heavily and knows what to look for. If their rank is A or lower, then he can sense them freely without restriction, but if their rank is A++ or higher, he can't sense them whatsoever.
